The Love List does not offer refunds on services, including our matchmaking programs, enhancements, or events.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled event, you may transfer your ticket to a future event by emailing support@jointhelovelist.com at least 24 hours in advance.

The Luxury Onboarding credit is $200, and gets applied to a package following your meeting with our matchmaker.

Your ticket fee will bounce back to you within 24-48 hours.
Our matchmaking packages guarantee one to four plus matches. If you’re only interested in events or our weekly newsletter, you can connect with singles who are highlighted on The Love List newsletter, or connect with more people via the Love List Facebook group.
Your matchmaking package includes a specific number of curated introductions. Because significant time, research, outreach, screening, and evaluation are invested into every match presented, any introduction offered by The Love List counts toward your package allocation, regardless of whether you choose to pursue the introduction.
If you elect to decline a match prior to meeting, that introduction will still be considered one of the introductions included within your membership package. Our team carefully vets and reviews every potential match to ensure they align with the preferences, goals, and criteria discussed during your onboarding process. We ask clients to place trust in the matchmaking process and remain receptive to thoughtfully selected introductions.
Should you decline multiple introductions, your package may be considered fulfilled once the number of introductions included within your membership has been reached. However, if we encounter an exceptional candidate whom we believe would be particularly well-suited to you, we may choose to reach out in the future at our discretion.
